Aruba Hotel, Oceanfront Daytona Beach, Florida for $3,000,000 the hotel will be torn down for high rise condominiums

Beach Haven Motel Oceanfront, Daytona Beach, Florida for $2,000,000 the hotel will be torn down for condominiums

    Most of Executive Realty Network's business is in Daytona Beach, Florida where there brokerage is located.  They are the market leaders in that town with more Hotel / Motel properties sold in one year than any other Brokerage.  "The town has been good to us ,but we are going to have to move to larger metropolitan areas like Orlando and Jacksonville."  The town of Daytona Beach has approximately less than 30,000 units ,and getting smaller.  Orlando alone has over 300,000, and that market has more waves in the business, where properties sell more.  When ERN is stabilized and the web site is up and running we are going to Orlando where we will put more time and effort than Daytona Beach.  All of the success of Executive Realty Network, is due to work and the moto where they believe "Your Success, is our Success."
